Refunds & Cancellations

Paid courses and event registrations are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the content. Beyond that, a prorated refund may apply at Scrollwell's discretion.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Institution-wide subscriptions and custom MoU engagements are non-refundable but can be paused with prior notice.
