1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, college affiliation, role (faculty / student / SPOC), department, designation, programme registrations, attendance records, certificates earned, papers submitted, hackathon entries, job applications. We also collect minimal usage data — last login timestamp and audit logs of significant actions — for security and accreditation purposes.

2. How we use it

To operate the platform, issue verified certificates, send notifications you configure, generate compliance reports (NAAC / NBA / AICTE) where applicable, and improve the product. We never sell personal data.

3. Tenant isolation

Each partner college's data is logically isolated by tenantId. Row-level security ensures one college's SPOC cannot see another college's users or programmes.

4. Your rights

You can view, edit, or delete your profile from your dashboard. Admin-level deletion requests can be sent via the contact form. Certificate records are retained for 5 years per accreditation norms.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12). Certificates are SHA-256 hashed and tamper-detectable. All connections use TLS 1.3.
